![]() Portions were generous and presentation very nice. Everyone enjoyed their meals and not one complaint. It was a bit overcast when we arrived but then the sun came out and such a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy family and a great meal. Visited Port 305 for our mother’s birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better visit. It is nice to take a stroll along the strip after dinner and take in Quincy Center. It's central location to Quincy Allows for a bit of a run around looking for parking but it is doable and it is also fairly close to the Red Line T. More upscale and pricey of a setting but well worth it in the food! Suitable for solo, friends, families and dates. I will for sure come here again on date night. It all paired nicely with a Chianti red wine. I highly recommend getting an order of truffle fries because they are addictive. For entrees I can recommend the Diavolo linguine and the grilled octopus. These were the best raw oysters I've ever had. I can recommend Crab cakes and raw oysters for an appetizer. I'm a big seafood lover and the raw bar/seafood options do not disappoint. The servers have always been attentive without rushing. ALBA and Zef cicchetti are part of the same restaurant so it pops up as both when you search it. It can be a bit confusing to find the main entrance as there is a big glass sliding door that stays locked on the side where the main street is. The two different dining areas in the interior have different vibes, one is a nice restaurant that could border on formal and the other side has a bit more of a bar vibe. The rooftop is very nice, with a full bar and tv, perfect for warm days. I have been here multiple times and sat in all the rooms and rooftop bar. Which again are not bad, but just leave me wishing there were more options. I definitely would say this is a good place to get together for the atmosphere over the food or drinks. ![]() It seems the desserts may also be made elsewhere, probably a local baker. The flat bread pizza can't be customized which means they must be pre assembled by someone else. However the selection lacks, as does the quality for most dishes. The prices are pretty standard in my opinion. The good news is that I really don't have much negative or positive to say. Unfortunately, I can't really say much about the food. Overall looks like a high end country club dining area. The view is really breathtaking from certain seats, you see the whole Boston skyline from a distance. Parking is a plus, usually plenty unless there is a big event on the property. Sad to say I'm leaving a three, but it's as objective as I could be. She was fabulous in every sense of the word, her eyes danced when she smiled, she was professional, friendly, sincerely apologetic when the kitchen had a snafu. They sat for 5 minutes and asked if they could be moved to a booth, and to our shock and horror she gave them a booth.Įmily, our waitress saved the day. Meanwhile another foursome came over and was seated at the table next to us. She said no, those are for people who make reservations. The hostess seated us and we saw 4 open booths so we asked if we could sit in one. We got there right at 10 when they opened.
